The ITIL(R) Intermediate Qualification in Managing across the Lifecycle Certificate is the final module in the Service Lifecycle and/or Service Capability modules that lead to the ITIL(R) Expert in Service Management.

The course is targeted at:

Individuals who require a business and management level understanding of the ITIL(R) V3 core Lifecycle
Individuals seeking the ITIL(R) Expert certification in IT Service Management for which this qualification is the final mandatory module
Individuals progressing towards the ITIL Master in IT Service Management for which the ITIL(R) Expert is a prerequisite

Please be aware, this course also provides 35 Hours of Contact Education/Professional Development Units towards PMI PMP certification/re-certification

Examinations
The examination will consist of a complex multiple choice, closed book paper, to be completed within 90 minutes. The pass mark is 70 percent.

Prerequisites


  • Candidates must have a total of at least 17 credits;
  • 2 credits from the ITIL(R) V3 Foundation Certificate or the ITIL(R) V2 Foundation plus Bridging Certificate
  • 15 credits (minimum) from a balanced combination of ITIL(R) V3 Service Lifecycle and ITIL(R) V3 Service Capability Certificates
