Profile


This course is designed to outline the roles and responsibilities of candidates who will function as part of a PRINCE2(R) project management board. It will enhance their understanding of the PRINCE2(R) method.
During the course, detailed guidance is given on the PRINCE2 method, helping candidates to concentrate on the key concepts.
This approach will ensure that candidates will be able to take up a role on the Project Board and effectively carry out the responsibilities of that role
This course is fully compliant with the latest version of PRINCE2(R).

This one day course allows for extensive group discussion around the roles and responsibilities of the Project Board members. However, please note that a half day version of the course, focusing on delivery of the key messages, is available on request

Who should attend
Those who will be active members of the project management team in a PRINCE2(R) project.

Please be aware, this course also provides 6 Hours of Contact Education/Professional Development Units towards PMI PMP certification/re-certification

  • There are no pre-requisites for this course
  • PRINCE2(R) is a Registered Trade Mark of the Office of Government Commerce in the United Kingdom and other countries.
